Before returning any merchandise, please contact BBC at 866-470-9877 for a Return Materials Authorization. Shipments without a return authorization number on the address label may be rejected at the receiving dock. RMA numbers expire after 15 days. When we make a mistake we will happily send you a label for your return, or give you our shippers account number.

Parts returned within the warranty period will be replaced, credited or refunded. Parts returned because of no fault of BBC  will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge. Special order items may not be returnable.

We may not be able to offer a full credit if the original manufacturers packaging is defaced, damaged or missing.

Orders can be cancelled if the order has not been shipped, or specially ordered from the source of the product.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall BBC be liable for any damages caused by any product or service, or the failure of such product or service to perform; Including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, loss of data, lost savings, or any other special, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage.
